A few weeks ago we go a chance to take a nice long walk in our woods with the girls. They loved being pulled in their sled. There was a good 12 inches of snow and it was a pretty good work out! After we got all the way to the woods Steve and I both decided that we should have put our snowshoes on!! Never the less it was a great workout, these are the moments Steve and I enjoy the most. We love being outdoors especially girls. Steve got to show me our stand of sugar maples which we will hopefully be able to tap this March time permitting. There are also so many tree's that need to be harvested, which is a good thing hopefully Steve will be able to make a nice pile for next winter to heat the house and perhaps we will have it selectively logged. Hopefully we will be able to get back out in the woods this weekend depending on the temperature sunday evening.
